No children or extra guests allowed under any circumstance.

No call, no shows will result in no new appointments, at all! Your card will be charged full price for any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior

There is a $15 Non-Refundable deposit due at the time of booking that will go towards your service. Please do not pay full price online.

Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Please understand, I have to stick to my schedule. If I am late, I will take$10 off your total service price.

After booking, the location will be sent to your email and your phone number. Please make sure you enter the correct contact details, or the location will not be sent to you.
LATE POLICY
AND RESCHEDULING

Please use common courtesy and call or text if you will be running late.

A $10 late fee will be applied if you're 10 minutes late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit is forfeited... No Exceptions.

You are able to reschedule only once, at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid paying a new deposit. You can reschedule through your confirmation link/email.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance for your service due to cancellation.

"No Call, No Shows" - No future appointment. Deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged 100% of your service total.

Please do not bring kids or extra guests with you to your appointment.
